We’re going through 3 different capoeira kicks and a simple combo that will surely get your heart rate pumping! Jessica Carla is on fire and you will be ready to face anything after this. Capoeira is an Afro Brazilian martial art that combines dance, acrobatics and music. Let’s run the world babe!
