Power Heels
The goal of each Power Heels dance class is to make you feel feminine and fierce. We start each class with strength training so you can gain muscle. Afterwards, put on your favorite heels to learn a bold choreography that combines hip hop, jazz and burlesque.
If it’s your first time, we recommend square toe heels or wedges. If you’re up for an adventure, strap on your fave stilettos. This is gonna be one dance class that will make you sweat sexy!

Kaleila Jordan
Power Heels Dance Instructor
Kaleila Jordan is a California Native. She graduated from CSU Los Angeles with a BA in Theater Arts and Dance. She is a SAG/AFTRA member, professional dancer, actress, choreographer, certified personal trainer, dance fitness instructor, and WBFF Pro Model Athlete. Aside from her fitness achievements, you may have seen her dancing with artists like Nicki Minaj, T.I., Usher, Pharrell Williams, Machel Montano, and Sean Paul to name a few. She has also appeared in numerous commercials and television shows with some of your favorite actors! Her unique background of theater and cultural dance arts allows her to create original and authentic work. Kaleila has traveled many places internationally like London, Canada, Jamaica, Belize City, Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico, and many other West Indian Islands where she has danced with locals in traditional events like carnival and jouvert allowing her to infuse art, culture, dance, and fitness in the most authentic and fun way she knows!
