The Workout

This is a beginners dance workout to Bollywood tunes. Expect to learn some basic Bollywood dance steps while working on your core at the same time. Don’t forget to warm up & do a little stretching before you start. Learn how to do the one-sided Chaffa, prayer hands, knee pump and more moves based on Bollywood dances.  We love doing this workout barefoot but feel free to wear shoes if you feel like it. We accept all humans!
