The Workout
Let’s go to the beach and work on our tan and our CORE. This 15 minute Barre core workout will engage your ab muscles and help tighten and sculpt it. You’ll need your mat and if you want more of a challenge, grab a weight babe. Modified versions of some moves are available in this video!
