Sexy Sculpt Program

Welcome to SEXY SCULPT!! For the next 2 weeks, we’re focusing on toning our upper body while dancing our hearts out!

Upper Body strength training has a long list of benefits. It helps you boost muscle strength and endurance in your arms, back, chest and shoulders. It also helps you burn calories, reduce risk of injury and build stronger bones. However, let’s face it doing upper body workouts can be boring. That’s why we created Sexy Sculpt!!!

We’ve combined resistance training with dance so you won’t be bored. We’re starting with Power Heels adding a mix of Blissful Barre and Dancehall Jam. To get started, make sure you have the following equipment: yoga mat, hand weights, booty bands, chair with back, your fave dancing heels.
