Bollywood Abs is a fun Bollywood-inspired cardio dance class that helps you tighten, tone and strengthen your core. Learn some basic Bollywood dances like the Thumka, Chaffa and the Bhangra. In addition, this workout is intensified with targeted ab movements designed to burn calories and give you a full body workout . We love doing this workout barefoot but feel free to wear shoes if you feel like it. We accept all humans!

Ashley is a very proud, professional dance fitness instructor. Since 2006, she has been a huge dance fanatic earning years of professional training in Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, Latin and African dance. She is a Certified Dance Fitness Instructor in Zumba, Cardio Dance and Afrovibe. She is grateful that she can help other dance enthusiasts achieve their health and fitness goals. She enjoys teaching dance because it doesn’t feel like exercise; it just feels like everyone is partying and having a good time. Ashley teaches at the Bay Club, West LA College and Brasil Brasil Cultural Center. In 2013, she was the recipient of “Best Zumba Instructor in Los Angeles” award from the California State Assembly’s Office.
