Barre isn’t just for the lower body anymore, Diane created a super fun arm workout that uses two sets of weights. And of course, if you don’t have weights, you can always use water bottles or canned foods. Strengthen your arms with Military Presses, Arm Curls and so much more. It only takes 15 minutes, but it’ll burn so good.
