Dance Workout

Bring your warrior workout to the next level with Jessica’s maculele and strength class. We are learning a dance routine based on a traditional Brazilian stick dance that is performed in Capoeira ceremonies across the globe. PLUS, in between learning the moves, we’re doing a strength workout for our booty and arms!
