Hello preggy mama,

Congratulations! I’m so honored you are choosing our prenatal dance program here at Hip Shake Fitness. For our first baby, Todd and I struggled through 5 years of fertility treatments before getting pregnant.

That baby you are carrying is a precious gift and this program was made to honor your baby and your body.

Pregnancy is hard. There are so many changes in our body that we have to deal with. Plus, you’re preparing for a big change in your life. Staying active during my pregnancy helped keep me grounded. I felt stronger and less achy. However, it was hard to find a dance program that was made for me. That’s why we created one.

I shot the workouts in this series during my 2 pregnancies. Go ahead and look to me for modifications. We’re also giving you the list of modifications and tips so you can learn how to safely workout during any trimester.

Throughout the whole series, make sure you listen to your body and give yourself grace. You deserve it. The miracles that grew inside of me (Teddy and Maya) honors the miracle inside of you!
