Welcome to the Vixen Masterclass. It’s your time to dance with confidence, power and strength! Before we get started, your instructors (Kaleila, Nicole, Charlene and Donesia) want you to know that YOU are supported and surrounded by a group of badass women who are here to lift you up!!!

This challenge will help you FOCUS on the things that you want to achieve and get deep in learning YOUR values. Every week, we’re focusing on 1 dance type and 1 muscle group. PLUS, we’ve got 4 LIVE events on the members-only facebook group  and zoom where you can get a chance to chat and meet with other #hsfteam members who are on their own personal dance and health journey!

WEEK 1: Heels Dance and Arms

  • LIVE Power Heels class with Kaleila on ZOOM to learn the basics of dancing in heels

VIXENS LIVE IN OUR VALUES

I’m not a fan of resolutions, but I absolutely believe in the power of resetting. I can’t think of a more powerful way to double down on ourselves than getting clear on our values and the behaviors that support them—and the shit that gets in the way. To me, living in our VALUES is how we become VIXENS.

I was able to see Brene Brown speak and she is such an inspiration to me. She is an American research professor, lecturer, author, and podcast host. Brown is known in particular for her research on shame, vulnerability, and leadership. Her lessons on vulnerability is what speaks to me personally as I am someone who was not taught to process my emotions as a kid so it is something I am working on. I absolutely love her worksheet on understanding how to respond to the world in a way that is aligned with yourself. The first step to that is finding out what your true values are.
