Los Angeles is home to an underground movement of Latin dance workouts! ΓβΓΒ L.A. Latin Fitness was created to get you sweaty and excited. In this class, you will learn the basic steps of four latin dance styles (Salsa, Cha Cha, Jive and Samba), while getting your heart rate up. ΓβΓΒ This workout routine combines elements of jazz with hip hop. Learn to dance to the beat and get your cardio workout on.

Matt Mancuso
Latin Dance Instructor
Matt Mancuso was born to be a performer. At the tender age of six, he told his mom that he wanted to be a singer even when he couldnΓΒ’Γ’β¬ÒβΒ’t hold a note yet. Hailing from the east coast, Matt moved out to LA to continue pursuing his acting career. As an actor, Matt has performed in television, film and theatre both on the east and west coasts. He is also a graduate of the Joanne Baron/ D.W. Brown Studio in Santa Monica. While attending the Baron/Brown studio, Matt met the Dancing with the Stars professional, Anna Trebunskaya, and started working at her studio, You Can Dance, in Hermosa Beach. For the past four years, Matt has worked and competed professionally as a ballroom dancer. It was during these four years that he developed LA Latin: Fun & Fitness. LA Latin is geared to teach students the basic steps of four Latin dances while getting your heart rate up and making you smile. Matt is excited to be apart of Hip Shake Fitness and canΓΒ’Γ’β¬ÒβΒ’t wait to teach all of you.
