Abs, abs, abs baby! Your barre babe, Diane, is here with a 15 minute ab burning workout. We’re starting on our feet and using the Tuck as our core guide and then we’ll head to the floor and burn our abs there too.
Grab a chair with a back rest with a yoga mat AND if you want to intensify the workout, grab a pair of weights.
