The Workout
I’m so excited for you to try the first Strong and Sexy workout in this series! EXPRESS ABS is a 15 minute workout that starts with a dance that incorporates Ab work and ends with floor Ab workouts.
This is a great workout for those times when you don’t have enough time OR if you want to do some extra AB work!! Girl, those Abs are gonna burn! Trust me. I did the workout with an arm fracture and my abs still burned!
I wanna thank Ashley for helping me modify some of the moves for myself. It’s not easy working out when you have an injury but it’s IMPORTANT TO KEEP GOING!
