Ladies let’s go
I had the pleasure of leading warm ups for the ladies of Hip Shake Fitness this fine Sunday afternoon at Beat Box Studios. We are so lucky to have had six amazing women joining us to make this fitness dance workout a reality.
Flirty Hip Hop Level 1
Our dance party started with Flirty Hip Hop level 1. Nicole, our fantastic instructor, and the girls were ready and this group had the most number of dancers in one frame that we had to film. It was both a difficult and fun shoot given the space we had to work with. We didn’t want to move our set up and the Flirty Hip Hop ladies were so understanding and worked with the space they were given.
Flirty Hip Hop Level 2
A little costume change for Flirty Hip Hop level 2 shoot was in order. We decided to use orange and yellow for the dancers and gold for Nicole. We were so happy with how the colors on the dancers popped and looked on camera. Fun fact: we only had about a 15 minute break between shoots so these dance machines only had a moment to catch their breath while changing outfits and freshening up.
Flirty Hip Hop Level 3
Of course we had to end our Flirty Hip Hop series in style and by style we mean pink! I think visually, this is my favorite shoot that we did. I love seeing the different colors and all the happiness in this group of ladies. Our work did not feel like work at all because of the positive atmosphere and the great energy that everyone had the whole day.
