- Pilates Core Workout: side planks, side v-ups, long leg crunches, single leg extensions
- Booty Circuit: touch jacks, lunge high kicks, super marios
- Stretch & Dance: finish with a flirty burlesque move that’s beginner-friendly
All you need is a yoga mat, long fitness bands, and a pair of weights to turn your living room into a dance-fitness studio.
