The weather is getting cooler outside and if you’re like me, I sometimes use the weather as an excuse not to go to my fitness classes. It’s so easy to blame the weather, but we’re breaking those habits babes. I’m showing you fun and addicting dance workouts that you can do from home.
It’s super easy to set up your at home dance studio. Once you’ve got that set up, you don’t have to worry about finding parking at the studio or moving your day around a class. You can take classes when you want to and get your sweat on. I love online dance workouts because not only do you work your body, but you also work your mind by remembering a routine. The classes I’m sharing with you today will surely make any cold fall day into a hot and sweaty night.

Twerk Dance Workout
I’m going to start with my absolute favorite, twerk classes. What I love about this class is how much it makes me sweat and how much confidence it gives me. Of course the booty gains are a major plus too. Nicole takes you through booty strengthening moves and then teaches you a super fun twerk choreography at the end. Her energy is infectious and this class is a must try!
At Home Barre Workout
Who says you can’t do barre at home? This barre workout with Diane was made for at home fitness. She uses a chair as her ballet barre and sometimes a pillow for a pilates ball. Isn’t that awesome? Whenever I need a little flexibility check, but want a low impact workout I always turn to this barre class. This class will help you reset your body and your mind in just 30 minutes.
Burlesque Dance Class
Ok babes, this class will definitely heat up your house so have the fire department on speed dial 😉 Burlesque is all about expressing yourself and letting your sexiness shine. Burlesque dance classes can be intimidating in person so it’s so great to find them online and try something out of your comfort zone at home. This class helps boost your confidence and your flexibility. Own your sexiness babe.
Heels Dance Class
Last but not least, have you ever wanted to try a heels class? It’s seriously one of the more challenging classes but you feel so accomplished and strong after. I think a lot of people assume you have to wear stilettos to a heels class, but babe you can start off with a square heeled boots or even a kitten heel then work your way up.
