JJ aka Jennifer Johnson is a total babe. The amount of work she put to have that banging body is AMAZING. It takes a lot of work, dedication and commitment!
So let’s talk about her fitness technique. The JJ Dancer technique is super energetic because it’s a high intensity workout that focuses on building those long, lean muscles. It burns away the fat and mixes it with a sweaty dance party. JJ is a certified personal trainer, dancer and choreographer so she definitely knows what she’s talking about. Her workouts often graces magazines and TV shows and you’ve probably seen her perform with Beyonce, Pitbull, Lil Wayne, just to name a few.
