Today we’re focusing on a body part we should all be proud of… our chest! We’ve got barre inspired moves that will tone your upper body and give some love to your chest. We will have upper body work in standing and sitting positions plus some low modification planks.
Get ready and grab a mat AND if you want to intensify the workout, grab a pair of weights and a ball or foam roller.
