You are in for a treat babes. Diane is sharing 7 of her favorite core focused barre workout moves for this challenge. We are all improving our ab strength, stability and flexibility in just 7 days.
Challenge Details:
1. When does the challenge start?
We’re starting on Monday, April 26, 2021. We’ll post the move of the day at 8am PST.
2. Do I need to be a member to join?
NO! This is a FREE Barre Class challenge for everyone. So let all your best babes know.
3. Do I need equipment?
No equipment needed.
4. Will there be a prize?

Day 1: Lift & Twist
Today, @dianenumark is showing you babes the Lift & Twist. Really focus on using your breath to engage your core and take it at your own pace. We’re doing 2 rounds of 12 reps to really feel the burn. Get the full video HERE.
Day 2: Bicycles
 Diane is showing us how to do Bicycle crunches. This is a great move to increase core strength, stability and flexibility. We’re doing 2 sets of 12. On your marks… get set… RIDE. Get the full video HERE.
Day 3: Mountain Climber
It’s all about climbing that mountain for day 3. This Barre workout move targets your inner abs and outer obliques for a great burn. Do it slow for some strength training OR fast for some cardio. Get the full video HERE.
Day 4: Spiderman Crunch
Our spidey senses are tingling… oh wait, that’s our abs!! Babe this is a total body Barre workout move. Not only will your ab muscles be engaged, you’ll also target your obliques, triceps, glutes and shoulders because of the plank. Get the full video HERE.
Day 5: Point And Lift
Today’s Barre Class move is the Point And Lift. This really works on your core strength and you feel the 🔥 right away! The criss cross action is a killer, but sooo worth it. Get the full video HERE.
Day 6: Push Ups
Push Up tips:
1. Keep your fingertips wide & pointed in
2. Point those toes
3. Inhale to go down, exhale to go up
4. Don’t forget to retuck

Day 7: Forearm Plank
Today we’re doing Forearm Planks with Pulses. Planks help strengthen your core, increase muscle definition and it stretches out your lower body. The addition of pulses will improve your endurance and add a little extra burn to your planks. Get the full video HERE.
