Everytime I go to a Korean BBQ restaurant I always have to order their Japchae. I love the sesame flavor with veggies, meat and of course, the glass noodles. This dish is also so easy to customize for your own liking because you can add your fave vegetables, maybe some tofu and you can pick your own protein too. Now how did I make this dish low carb? Thanks to Miracle Noodles I can live my best Asian foodie life and stay low carb. Their products are made from shirataki noodles which are made from the Japanese konjac plant.
