This class was born out of reflection.
I turned 45 this week — and like many of you, I found myself asking: Have I done enough?

Some things are going my way. Others, not so much. But when I slow down and take a deep breath, I remember something simple yet powerful:

✨ I am exactly where I’m supposed to be.

So, this yoga sculpt workout isn’t just about stronger abs — it’s about calming your mind, finding presence, and releasing the pressure to have it all figured out.

This 30-minute class blends yoga flow, strength training, and ab workout exercises designed to challenge your body and soothe your mind.
