JJ Dancer is such a fitness inspiration and this cardio dance workout solidifies that even more. The booty workout moves she teaches are so fun and targets the right places. I think my favorite from this is the Hop Back It Up because I love how much movement is involved and it works out your whole body.
Dancehall Cardio Workout
Dancehall is another workout that is hidden in a party like atmosphere. This video is actually a combination of strength training and cardio! Total winner. Who knew bicep curls had the potential to be fun?! Zen did and her workouts never fail to make me feel so strong and empowered.

Hip hop dance moves are THE BEST kind of cardio dance in my humble opinion. Babe, JJ has got a choreography for the hip hop dance head in you. This hip hop dance class is wild, I almost couldn’t keep up because I was pregnant when we shot this. I practiced and I had fun and I’m so glad I got to dance with JJ.
