Keto Recipes
I was diagnosed with PCOS and been living a keto lifestyle for some time now. I love sweets, but being a high risk for diabetes, I had to limit my sugar and carb intake. I’m so grateful that keto snacks are becoming more and more popular now so it’s easy to not miss sugary snacks.
These Strawberry Bon Bons or Keto Fat Bombs prioritizes fat over protein so they’re a keto favorite because of their tastiness and satiety. In moderation, these bon bons can help you stay full longer without getting that blood sugar crash and spike! A few tips from me to you about making these scrumptious strawberry mint bon bons… I used strawberry puree for the recipe because it makes the consistency of the bon bons very smooth. I suggest using a coffee grinder or a nutribullet to puree your strawberries. Why use berries? They are fruits with the lowest glycemic load and still give you that sugary satisfaction. I used mini silicone muffin cups to create the bon bons but you can also use round silicone molds, these will make the bon bons an easy grab and go snack. I also love the hint of mint that these bon bons have, it’s almost a palette cleanser before your next bite!

I really love bread but since I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, anything that is high in carbohydrates is bad for me. I’ve been experimenting on different recipes with almond flour and this one is the best combo I’ve gotten so far! It’s low carb and gluten free and you’re gonna want to sink your teeth…
OMG babes, Thanksgiving is a few days away! I grew up in the Philippines and we didn’t really celebrate this holiday there. However, in the last few years, I’ve really come to appreciate this holiday. I LOVE that the US has a holiday devoted to giving thanks! Being grateful is key to being happy. We talk about…
Ahhh spring! The time to smell the flowers, spend some time outside BUT also a time for spring cleaning. OK I have to be honest, I am NOT a clean freak. BUT, I’ve realized the importance of having a clean surrounding. It helps calm my mind and heart. It also helps me do more.
Chocolate chip cookies are a CLASSIC. I just had to make you a keto version. This one is crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside! Keto Cookies My cookie consumption has definitely slowed down since finding out about my PCOS. I’ve had to especially limit my sweets. I’ve been pretty good on staying keto, 80%…
